These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeepThatOut website, application, and related services ("Service") operated by 2AM Ventures sp. z o.o. ("Company", "We", "Us"). By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of the Terms, You may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using our Service, You confirm that You accept and agree to these Terms.
  • Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any future updates or changes.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activities under your account.
  • We are not liable for any unauthorized access due to compromised passwords or security breaches outside our control.
  • Accounts are licensed per user unless specified by your pricing plan. Sharing access beyond the allowed number of users may result in account suspension.

3. Service Description & Limitations

  • BeepThatOut is a web-based AI tool that detects and censors profanity in audio and video files using automated speech recognition and editing.
  • The Service aims to assist with content moderation, but results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
  • Performance may vary based on language, dialect, slang, or audio quality.
  • You are solely responsible for final review, editing, and compliance with content policies on external platforms like YouTube.
  • We do not guarantee monetization, algorithm performance, or protection from platform strikes.

4. User Content

  • You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded files and content.
  • By using the Service, You grant Us a non-exclusive, revocable license to process and edit your content as needed for the functionality of the platform.
  • We extract and store the audio track for editing. Video files are not stored.
  • Audio is retained only while your subscription is active. If canceled, audio is deleted after a 3-month retention window.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

  • You may not upload or process any unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the Service for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • We offer a free trial and multiple subscription tiers. Details are available on our Pricing page.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Top-up hours do not expire and are preserved in your account, but can only be used while you have an active subscription.
  • If your subscription is canceled, your unused top-up hours will remain associated with your account for 3 months.

Payments & Billing

  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
  • Access to the Service is granted once payment is confirmed and may be suspended for failed or overdue payments.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial that provides full access to the BeepThatOut platform with no feature restrictions.

Because of this, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once a subscription is active or processing time has been used.

  • Used processing time or top-up hours are non-refundable even if the results did not meet expectations, due to significant server costs.
  • Refunds may be considered on a discretionary basis in rare cases if no processing time has been used.
  • Refund decisions are made by Us at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
  • All billing is handled through our payment partner, Paddle.com.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, including software, models, UI, and branding, is owned by Us or licensed to Us.
  • Users may not copy, resell, or exploit the Service for commercial use without permission.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
  • You use the Service at your own risk.
  • No guarantees are made for uptime, lack of bugs, or compatibility with all formats/platforms.
  • We are not liable for data loss, revenue loss, demonetization, copyright strikes, or platform takedowns.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
  • Accounts involved in abusive or illegal behavior may be terminated immediately without notice.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

11. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Changes will be communicated via email or through the Website.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from the Service will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
